I was needing a chest freezer and went to All-Set for one. Staff were helpful and friendly and in no time a delivery was scheduled. As it turned out that freezer did not come up to expectations. The staff handled this beyond my expectations! Thank you Jade, Deb and Jacob.

Great service and great prices. Its better and cheaper to rent a heater over the cold months then to go out and buy one and have it serviced all the time. As they service them everytime it comes back!

Today I went to their Bayswater office and I arrived 20 minutes before the shop closed, it was very kind of the lady with the long blonde hair and David to help me with picking the best support equipment for
my broken foot. They were very patient event when it went past the closing time. I also noticed how they went the extra mile explaining to me how the equipment works and gave me tips. I highly recommend this place. It makes me more willing to spend my money locally when the customer service exceeds my expectations.

I purchased my first i-walk through you guys and was so happy with the price, and the after-sales service.

Today, my insurance company purchased a second one for me through another supplier.

It needs to be noted that the price was exactly the same.

I went to collect it today and was just handed a box. 

I asked if I would receive any help with putting together or fitting. I was laughed at.

I asked them what the benefit was to be buying from a place that advertises that your buying from a physiotherapist and they replied that if I wanted to pay for an appointment with one I could book……

Guess you don’t realise how good a service you get from a place until you see the alternative.
