The porcelain-enameled, cast-iron cooking grates evenly retain heat to create those beautiful sear marks that we all strive for. For optimal results, and to prevent food from sticking, simply clean the preheated grates with a grill brush before every meal.
For easy cleaning, optimal care, and secure storage, allow the grill to cool and then remove the front control panel and store it indoors. When you're finished grilling, simply click off the panel, clean it with a soft, damp cloth.
Keep the cord out of the way while barbecuing so you have a safe workspace. Simply attach it to the integrated clip under the right handle and you're good to go!
